  7. 1 cooking spoon Groundnut oil
  8. to taste Sea salt
  9. Spices
  10. Water
  11. Pinch grated nutmeg

Instructions to make to make Moimoi

  1. Pick, peel and wash beans. Blend together with the pepper, 2of the onions, tatashe, crayfish to a smooth and slightly watery paste
  2. Chopped extra onion and add to the paste after the addition of oil
  3. Add salt and spices with nutmeg. Than mixed together using a spatula
  4. Add vegetable (finely cut)
  5. Mixed all together, taste and adjust with what is necessary (water or spices)
  6. Prepare your preferred packaging material. Scoop some batter into it and add already chopped egg in a separate bowl to it one after the other until everything is exhausted.
  7. Place in a pot of boiling water and allow to cook for 45-60 minutes. And voila our moimoi is ready. Very delicious.
  8. Can be enjoyed with garri, pap, bread(soft), as a side dish for rice(especially jollof), oatmeal, or alone with your choice of drink.
  9. I enjoyed mine with oatmeal and milk 😋😋😋
