  7. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  8. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon smoked sea salt flakes
  10. 120 g Marzipan, chopped into small cubes or pieces
  11. 100 g toasted almonds

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and line a baking tray with parchment.

  5. Fold in the chopped marzipan, almonds remaining white chocolate. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until golden and slightly soft in the middle. If you’re using a larger baking tray start checking your blondies at 25 minutes.
