- For chutney in a blender take chopped raw mango, chopped fresh coconut, garlic pods, salt, cumin powder and blend them coursely with out water and tranfer it to a bowl and add red chilli powder and give it a good mix.
- Now in a small wook take 2 tbsp oil and let it heat and add all the tempering ingredients and let it splutter and turn off the flame, now add the tempering to the chutney and mix it and serve it with hot rice or chapati.
