- Seafood Seasoning (7)
- 2 tsp ground red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp ground bay leaves
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- tsp ground cardamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Greek Seasoning (8)
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- tsp dried basil
- Mediterranean Seasoning (9)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp dried mint leaves
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp paprika
- Teco bell Copycat Seasoning (10)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp white sugar
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp All-Purpose flour
- 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 3 tbsp ground dried thyme
- Poultry Seasoning (11)
- 4 tbsp ground dried sage
- 2 tbsp ground dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp ground dried rosemary
- French Fry Seasoning (12)
- 1 tbsp finely ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp onion salt
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
Instructions to make to make D.I.Y Spice Blends (No°2)
- To make the Adobe mix: combine all ingredients together well. Transfer and store in a cool dry place for up to six months. (Makes about 14 tablespoons). It can be used on just about anything, it's a kind of all-purpose seasoning blend.
