Steps to make to make Chana masala
- Chop vegetables.
- Add generous amount of vegetable oil and fry onion, garlic, chilli and ginger on med-high for 10 min.
- Blend paprika and coconut milk until smooth. Keep aside for step 6.
- Add spice mix and fry for 3 min.
- Add the tomato paste.
- Add chickpeas, carrot, paprika-coconut milk and agave syrup.
- Simmer for >12 min and prepare rice in meantime.
