- Stir the mixture till its all mixed up
- Transfer the finished Dough to a lightly greased large bowl and cover the bowl with a wet towel and let it rest for 20 Minutes
- Dough should be smooth and silky
- Cover the Dough again but with plastic wrap film and let the Dough rest and ferment and put it in the refrigerator and let it rest overnight
- The Dough is ready when it has doubled in size
- Grease a baking pan with 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (9x13 Inch Baking Pan is best)
- Gently press the Dough into the baking pan and stretch it out into each corner
- Once its all stretched out cover the baking pan with a wet towel and let it rest in the oven at 30 Degrees Celcius for 1 Hour
- Take the Dough out of the oven and get a bowl of water beside you
- Dip your fingers into the bowl of water and start dimpling the Dough and press straight down to the bottom of the baking pan
- Cover the baking pan with a wet towel again and let it rest in the over at 30 Degrees Celcius for 1 Hour
- Sprinkle the Rosemary Leaves on the bread
- Now for the Garlic Confit you need to submerge Garlic Cloves in Olive Oil and cook it on low heat for 30 Minutes
- Place the Garlic Confit on the Dough and slightly push then into the Dough and drizzle some of the Olive Oil from the Garlic Confit
- Sprinkle a few pinches of Coarse Sea Salt
- Preheat the oven at 230 Degrees Celcius
- Once preheated, place the baking pan into the oven and bake for 15-20 Minutes
