Once the dough doubles in size then scrape it from all sides and punch it down. Then knead it for 2-3 more minutes and make a ball of it and transfer it to a greased baking tray. Then flatten it evenly from all sides then prick your fingers all over the dough deep inside. Once done start decorating it.
