- Add Cumin,Add green chilli,Salt and hing.
- Add Lemon Juice and grind it. After grinding Add 3 cups of water to it and add boondi. PANI is ready.
- Heat oil in a pan and divide the dough in two parts. start rolling a big chapati and cut with round cutter to make puri shapes.
- Start frying puri.
- Puri will puff on their own if dough is well prepared.
