  12. Fold over the sides, then fold over the top and bottom like a parcel. Don't worry if it's a bit rough and ready!   13. Heat a large heavy-based pan over a medium-high heat with a splash of oil. You can use a balled up piece of kitchen paper to spread the oil evenly around the pan.
  14. Add the flatbread to the hot pan and fry until golden on each side.
