- chop the veg into smaller peice,s whilst cooking to help cook quicker or if u want a smooth soup get the blender out
- add half a carton of single cream to soup...I slowly added the cream until I got the desired taste and texture
- cook a little bit longer n remeber to taste
- preheat oven to 200 c or gas mark 6
- put bread rolls in for ten minutes
- butter bread rolls whilst hot...Yum Yum
- serve soup into bowls and serve with hot crusty rolls...heaven
